Using practical solutions and guided assistance, you and/or your family will be able to move forward in confident hope for the future.
Group Session (3+ persons) $85
A group session is an effective way to practice respectful and healthy communication with an outside party who will skillfully facilitate the conversation. In this circle, everyone is heard in equal measure within a safe and open environment for improved and meaningful connections. This is wonderful not only for families but organizational teams as well.
Virtual Appointments
Video Call
Whether you live out of town or are unable to meet in person, you can still experience the care you need through virtual connection. Don't let distance or technology scare you. Video calls are easy, secure, and effective.

Listening Line
Sometimes we all need a friend to listen at the time we most need
to talk. The Listening Line is a same-day phone call with a friend-who-has-credentials to support you when you feel out of control, stressed out, sad, anxious, confused, like no one understands, or you can't make a decision. This is your direct line to an empathetic listener when you don't need advice but it's important that you are heard.
